Yeah I get what you mean. I’m a hugeee fan of psychological horror. I grew up watching the Saw movies lol. Ironically I think that’s kinda what made me drift away from the more graphic side of vore. Seeing what acid could actually do to a body just made realistic digestion hard for me to enjoy. Whenever I imagined it, it’d always be painless, gooey, and kinda comforting instead of realistic

I also think a lot of it comes from when I was younger. I ended up talking to someone who was REALLY into sadistic predation and gah… they just kept pushing the limits with the stuff they’d talk about. It got to the point where it stopped feeling like fantasy and just genuinely disturbed me. I think that experience stuck with me way more than I realized, so now when I see a lot of horror-leaning stuff it kinda brings those feelings back. I think that’s why my brain has a harder time separating darker predation from actual cruelty, even though I know that’s not how everyone sees it

I think that’s really what I was wondering though. Is the wholesome/endo side still something you enjoy too, or have your interests just kinda broadened over time?

Also, if you’re ever okay with it, I’d honestly love to pick your brain more in DMs sometime. You seem like someone who’s put a lot of thought into this stuff, and thanks for actually taking the time to explain it instead of just assuming I was judging or something 😭 You seem really easy to talk to about this kinda stuff lol

And tbh… even though the fatal stuff isn’t really my thing, your writing is SOO good 😭 Like I’d absolutely read the hell out of something wholesome or endo if you ever wrote it. I think it’d be really cool to see that side through your writing too because I genuinely love the way you write
