@ZonaDesertRose @people Agreed with you on this not being the norm. This could have happened with any dog regardless if it was adopted or from a breeder. I hate seeing negative articles about adopted animals because it feeds in to people thinking they're misbehaved or aggressive, which isn't true.

@ZonaDesertRose @people I understand what you're saying, however the article says she got out of bed at night and pet him. It's likely the dog was sleeping and she startled him. Not faulting her because this is something I've done with my dog. Just a sad situation all around 😔

@BCBSAssociation why was the bluecard line's IVR changed? Its an absolute nightmare now! I had to call 6 times to get the new IVR to understand me! It rarely understands the military alphabet and hangs up on you! Not to mention, when she repeats she does not use the military 1/2-
