I hate to think that it is so normalized to spend 200+ dollars on art, just to have no updates or communication from the artist you bought it from for a year or longer. This shouldn't be normalized at all.

What would you do if you had made a 200+ dollar art commission and received no updates. Or even responses to you reaching out to them throughout the year? You aren't even on their trello page either. Like, what should I do? I contacted multiple different ways with no response.-
