Yesterday, 6th August 2026, (SCAU) members attended a high-level policy dialogue on Sickle Cell Disease convened by Dr. Charles Ayume, Minister of State for Primary Health Care, and attended by 11 Members of Parliament, MOH technocrats to recognize Sickle Cell as a major NCD.
