Dude give me a break with this boomer ass take. My first home in the west plaza was $91K for the owner before me, now selling around $400k just a few years later with minimal investment into it. The market as a whole has spiked and it’s objectively a shittier deal wherever you are.

•people seem more savvy financially than I thought
•most agree we’re getting screwed
•there’s always that one blowhard “well actually I make 94K a month so it’s not that bad!” 😅
