Had he not listened to the audiobook he would have been lost. Plus my 13 year old spent the movie describing it to him instead of just getting to enjoy it. Please make fixing your accessibility systems a priority

@RegalMovies loved Project Hail Mary. Would have been great if after buying tickets online and taking our super excited kids to the movie the audio description device actually worked in the theatre for the showing we went to so my husband could enjoy the movie with us. Do better

Manager stated it had been down for a month. They couldn’t offer us a showing with a working device system for almost 3 more hours. We couldn’t take our kids to a movie that late. If everyone else only got sound and the screen didn’t work I’m sure you’d fix that quickly.
