When I turned around and found three different men in the women’s locker room with me while I was naked on four separate occasions in just two weeks I was forced to confront a painful reality.

Not only has our government failed women, but we as women have failed one another by remaining silent.

No one is coming to save us. We must save ourselves.

Elisabeth Anderson-Sierra, a mother from Oregon, USA, lives with a rare condition known as Hyperlactation Syndrome, which causes her body to produce far more breast milk than the average mother.

Her dedication continued for years, and she later went on to set a Guinness World Record for the largest individual donation of breast milk to a milk bank.

Over her lifetime, she has donated thousands of gallons of breast milk, providing nourishment to countless infants in need.

What began as a challenging medical condition became an extraordinary act of generosity, turning Elisabeth Anderson-Sierra into one of the world's most prolific breast milk donors and helping thousands of babies get the nutrition they needed to survive and thrive.
