@DaveRogenmoser Everything you do turns gold my man. Big fan all the way back to the 6k success and weekly webinar days. Thanks for having such a profound impact on my career Dave!
@Zoom Thanks for replying after a week of ghosting me. Yes, the AE responded via email after numerous attempts via phone and on X to get a resolution (only to be ghosted or given the run around). Still not clear on getting my funds back…
Been a week since @Zoom offered support on X only to be ghosted.
Reminder, I’ve been charged $6000 in cloud storage overages that weren’t mine +it would normally cost $500/mo if I was on the correct plan…
Daily update on @Zoom. They’ve ignored all DMs, they won’t respond to emails, they hang up on calls.
@ericsyuan do you like stealing from small business?
You say you’re “best in class” and yet you treat clients like trash all the time
@Zoom@AmexBusiness For clarity, I’ve been charged $6000 ($2k three separate times) from @Zoom after they released our individual account from an enterprise account that was previously on unlimited cloud storage. They send the “billing reminders” to an email we can’t access. Criminal!
So @Zoom outsources their support and can’t properly articulate the issue at hand. “Our specialized department also attempted to reached out however failed” —> WHAT?
These criminals @Zoom are trying to steal money from small businesses, charging nearly 100x for overages. No warnings. No authorization. And the sad part? Seems like @AmexBusiness is siding with them! Sickening
Fun update! (Kidding). Been 7 hours since a Zoom rep said “they are sorry to hear this”, only to have completely ghosted me (again) in DMs. Great company you got there @Zoom
So @Zoom is charging me $6k for overages - that would cost $500 if it was told to purchase the right account - without any notice.
Customer service? Outsourced and dont care! Been bounced around to 5 different reps and no one is authorized to do anything about it…
@Zoom They promise a @Zoom manager will call you to discuss the issue, but they lie.
They don’t care about small business or entrepreneurs. They just want to screw you with their TOS and force you to capitulate.
To make matters worse, @Zoom knows I was on an unlimited enterprise account. That account (at no fault of my own) was banned, and my individual account was released.
The overages? Cloud recordings from 3-5 YEARS AGO that I never needed in the first place.
Again, they don’t care
