@seanfeen@stacycay I would disagree regarding a term of imprisonment at all, as there are a number of cases of record for smaller amounts in election related cases (e.g. Richard Brega) resulting in a sentence of approximately one year, though some of those were to be served intermittently.

@DonnyLumpkin03 @AnthonyMKreis It states that people born “subject to [US law]” are, by definition, citizens. Anyone that is accountable to US law is, by definition, subject to that law. Thus, anyone born w/in the US (aside from diplomats’ children) is born subject to US law and therefore is a citizen.
