✨ The state root calculation was changed to only calculate the state root of the block meta transaction info and the last user transaction info. This avoids losing verify operations and greatly improves efficiency. With 1000 transactions pushed in, the time decreased from approximately 300 ms to only a few milliseconds.

✨ An updated config caching code was merged, and VM2 execution also became much faster, decreasing from approximately 300 ms to only a few milliseconds.
