With racism and football dominating the world’s headlines today, it seemed more than fitting that our Red Oak footballers proudly wore their anti racism/Schools Against Racism kits for their matches. Spread love and end hate.⚽️🖤🤍🖤🤍 @OakRed230 @ActiveLearningT @Active_Suffolk
We're often asked if there is a problem with racism in football. The problem is in society; football is where it is made visible to all.
We stand in solidarity with @vinijr challenging the footballing authorities, clubs, managers, players & fans to demand action is taken.
It was great to talk with other schools from around the UK and with community leaders about the Schools Against Racism Curriculum in the Race Charter Mark Community termly conference. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our project with others. 🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍
