@Primark Pretty shocking customer services, when proof of purchase can be provided in form of a bank statement! You bag if paper bags which rip and then lose receipt.

@primark I attempted to get an exchange on 2 tops, without receipt but I had my bank statement as was told no. I have proof of purchase with my bank statement.. All I want is an exchange. Staff were so rude!
