@Alexcoll_ Straham is so susceptible to the long ball in the post season in my opinion. Dave got a guy with a sub 4 ERA in 44 IP and made room for cap space. A small feather in Dave’s cap with the Duran and Keller moves as well.

@SportsRadioWIP The team will be missing out on personality that’s a great point. I would trade casty for some minor leaguers get another team to take his contract and free up some money to sign bader. Bader might hit well again in the playoffs next year thats what they could be missing out on.

@JohnStolnis I’m excited to see what Crawford does at the big league level. They have to find a way to resign Bader imo. He hit so well going into the playoffs last season. I have confidence he can do it again. Marsh had a few good months hitting last year. Garcia needs around 30 HRs.

If he hits like he hit down the stretch next year if you sign him. Then, i think he could hit in the playoffs next year if you’re trying to win. Curious what you think.
