USA, Staten Island, New York: Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri delivered a special address on the theme “Ḥusn al-Ẓann: Positive Disposition Leads to a Happier Life and Hereafter” during a gathering before Jumu‘ah prayer as part of his USA tour.
Shaykh Hammad Mustafa Qadri reflected on the transformative power of positive thinking and sincere belief, that the success of individuals and communities is not determined by wealth, influence, or worldly resources alone. Rather, true progress comes from strong faith, conviction and trust in Allah Almighty. The remarkable growth of Islam in its earliest days was achieved through the strength of belief and certainty in Allah, despite limited material means.

Shaykh Hammad Mustafa Qadri drew upon verses of the Holy Qur’an and Prophetic narrations and explained the concept of ḥusn al-ẓann as maintaining a positive disposition towards Allah Almighty and towards fellow human beings. Believers should never lose hope in Allah’s mercy, and instead cultivate certainty that Allah Almighty responds to those who turn to Him with sincerity and trust.

Shaykh Hammad Mustafa Qadri further explained that every believer enjoys a direct relationship with Allah Almighty, who deals with His servants according to how they think of Him, and that when a servant takes a step towards Allah, Allah’s mercy and compassion draw even closer. People should live with the aspiration of meeting their Lord in a state that earns His pleasure and acceptance.

Shaykh Hammad Mustafa Qadri concluded with a powerful anecdote from the life of Sayyiduna Ibrahim ibn Adham (ra), reminding the audience that believers should strive to embody compassion and goodwill towards others. One can attain success in this world and prepare for a better hereafter through positive thinking, service to humanity, and trust in Allah the Almighty.

Following the address, Shaykh Hammad Mustafa Qadri led the Jumu‘ah prayer and concluded the gathering with a du‘a, praying for the wellbeing of the Muslim Ummah, the guidance of future generations, and Allah’s mercy and blessings upon all those in attendance.

Birmingham, UK: A private meet-and-greet gathering was hosted by Pir Munawar Hussain Jamati in honour of His Eminence Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.

The gathering brought together a distinguished group of prominent Mashaikh and Ulama, including Pir Niaz-ul-Hassan, Pir Syed Lakhte Hassanain, Pir Syed Bilal Hussain Chishti, Qazi Abdul Aziz Chishti and Dr Musharraf Hussain, among many others.

Representatives of the MQI UK leadership were also present, including Seerat Ali Khan, Shaykh Abu Adam Ahmed Al-Shiraazi, Ahsan Khan and Abdul Raheem.

The gathering provided an opportunity for respected scholars and spiritual leaders to meet His Eminence and benefit from his company, guidance and scholarly insight in an intimate setting.

ماہِ محرم اسلامی تاریخ کے اُس درخشاں باب کی یاد دلاتا ہے جس نے حق و صداقت، عدل و حریت اور عزیمت و وفا کے اَنمٹ نقوش ثبت کیے۔ سرزمینِ کربلا میں پیش آنے والا یہ عظیم واقعہ محض ایک تاریخی سانحہ نہیں بلکہ ایک ہمہ گیر فکری و اخلاقی درس ہے جو ہر عہد میں ظلم، جبر اور باطل قوتوں کے مقابل ڈٹ جانے کا حوصلہ عطا کرتا ہے۔ نواسۂ رسول ﷺ، حضرت سیدنا امام حسین علیہ السلام نے اپنی جان، اپنے اہلِ خانہ اور اپنے رفقا کی بے مثال قربانی پیش کر کے یہ ثابت کر دیا کہ دین کی سربلندی اور حق کی حفاظت کے لیے ہر قیمت ادا کی جا سکتی ہے، مگر اصولوں پر سمجھوتا نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ آپؑ کی عظیم جدوجہد رہتی دنیا تک آزادیِ ضمیر، استقامتِ حق اور وفاداریِ دین کی روشن علامت بن کر انسانیت کی رہنمائی کرتی رہے گی۔

For the past 12 years, the families of the Model Town martyrs have demonstrated remarkable patience, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to a peaceful legal struggle, knocking on every door of justice in pursuit of accountability. Yet, to this day, a complete investigation into the Model Town tragedy, in accordance with the Constitution and the law, has not been carried out.

The Joint Investigation Team (JIT), which was constituted on the orders of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, has been unable to proceed since March 2019, as its notification remains suspended by the Lahore High Court. Legal counsel representing both sides have already completed their arguments in the JIT case, yet a verdict is still awaited.

We once again respectfully appeal to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to remove the obstacles preventing the JIT from submitting its report. Only an impartial and transparent investigation can fulfill the legal requirements of a fair trial. The continued delay in the submission of the JIT report has effectively stalled the process of justice.

Together with the families of the martyrs, we are pursuing all available legal avenues in collaboration with some of Pakistan’s leading lawyers and law chambers. We remain steadfast in our commitment and will continue this struggle for justice until our very last breath.

On this occasion, I pray for the elevation of the ranks of the Model Town martyrs. These sacrifices and the blood of the innocent will not be in vain. I also commend the families of the martyrs and the eyewitnesses who, despite facing fear, pressure, and inducements of every kind, have remained resolute. They have courageously rejected all forms of intimidation and temptation, continuing to appear before courts at every level and testify in the cause of justice with unwavering determination.

اس وقت سب سے بڑا سوال اور انصاف کی راہ میں بڑی سب سے بڑی رکاوٹ JIT کی رپورٹ کا نہ آنا ہے، سپریم کورٹ کے حکم پر جو JIT بنی تھی مارچ 2019 سے اس کا نوٹیفکیشن معطل ہے، غیر جانبدارانہ تفتیش سے ہی فئیر ٹرائل کے آئینی و قانونی تقاضے پورے ہوں گے، ہماری چیف جسٹس آف سپریم کورٹ سے استدعا ہے کہ جے آئی ٹی کیس میں جلد فیصلہ کیلئے اپنا کردار ادا کریں، اس کیس کا فیصلہ طویل عرصہ سے لاہور ہائی کورٹ میں زیر التوا ہے۔ مظلوموں کیلئے انصاف مانگنا ہمارے ایمان کا تقاضا ہے۔ میں اس موقع پر شہدائے ماڈل ٹاؤن کے درجات کی بلندی کیلئے دعا گو ہوں اور ثابت قدمی اور استقامت کے ساتھ حصول انصاف کے لیے برسرپیکار شہداء کے ورثاء چشم دید گواہان کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کرتا ہوں۔

Established through the collective efforts of diplomats, American Muslims, and supporters from across the Islamic world, the Islamic Center of Washington stands as one of the most significant Islamic landmarks in the United States. The land was acquired in 1946, the foundation stone was laid in 1949, and the mosque was officially dedicated on 28 June 1957.

Designed by renowned architect Mario Rossi, the mosque reflects international cooperation, with contributions from Egypt, Turkey, and Iran. At its dedication ceremony, U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower praised the Islamic world’s contributions to civilization and reaffirmed America’s commitment to religious freedom, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence.
