#RHSBMS this is a 3rd degree burn. You can see this because of the slight charring (black) and the oily surface from the melting of the subcutaneous fatty layer. This burn goes through about 2 and a half of 3 layers of the skin. @AlexxusHunter2
This is a 3rd degree burn. you can tell because of the charring around the burn. this can be treated by skin grafting and antibiotics to prevent infection. #rhsbms @21kdbutler @tori_kidd02
#RHSBMS This is our model of a 3rd degree burn. The degree of burn is evident by the reddened skin, charring, blistering, and oily appearance. This burn goes through the epidermis and dermis, and melts the subcutaneous fat (which is what is shining).
#RHSBMS Our burns were second degree. You can tell this by the blisters and peeling in the photos. This type of burn is treated by keeping the wound clean and not popping the blisters. @MasonBrewer18
