Today is World Environment Day!🌍One of this year's themes is land restoration, allowing us to reflect on fantastic island restoration work on Scilly, for example the successful St Agnes Seabird Recovery Project, which has resulted in a huge recovery in Manx shearwater since.
The IoS Farmers & Growers Initiative had a great first 6 months! From farm walks sharing best practices to mainland visits inspecting mobile abattoirs, the initiative has so far engaged 95% of the community across Scilly. Visit our website in bio to read the End of Year Report.
