Our middle school summer program will spend the summer learning about Arab culture, heritage, and language! In week one, students made posters and displays showing the cultural highlights of these countries, such as famous landmarks, celebrities, regional delicacies, and more!
Our Youth Summer Programs are in full swing! During the first week of the program, elementary school students learned about Syria! Each student made their own tarboosh, a flat-topped, brimless hat that has historical roots in many Arab countries.
Thank you to our outstanding team for a fantastic year! You each are integral to reaching our mission of serving refugees and immigrants. We are proud to work with you.
We celebrated yesterday on our patio with lots of yummy dishes, laughs, and togetherness. Cheers to FY24!
