A specialty coffee project from Da Lat, Vietnam — bringing coffee from farm to your cup via NFT redemption.
Phase 1 coming soon. Follow me for early access.
Monday.
"Specialty coffee = paper drip" That seems to be the current trend.
But today, I’m brewing with the traditional Vietnamese "Phin" (metal filter).
While Robusta is the mainstream in Vietnam, using a Phin for Arabica brings out a completely different character.
The Phin allows the coffee's natural oils—which usually get filtered out by paper—to drop completely into the cup.
Behind the crisp acidity of the Arabica beans, it creates a chocolate-like deep richness and a pleasant bitterness.
It’s not about chasing trends; it’s about bringing out the full potential of the beans.
Wishing you a wonderful week ahead, starting with this honest cup. ☕️
Sunday.
Since starting this account, I’ve shared nothing but coffee stories.
Today, let’s talk about something completely different.
The dragon fruit plant on my balcony has grown a truly impressive bud.
This form, with its vibrant green color, is almost like a work of art.
From here, it will take its time to swell, blooming into a white flower for just a single night, before finally transforming into that red fruit.
I feel like a powerful energy is hidden within this quiet time of bud growth.
I always find true comfort in the quiet strength that plants teach us.
Taking my eyes off the screen today to just appreciate the greenery.
Wishing you all a peaceful, grounding Sunday. 🌱✨
Saturday.
A quiet moment that finally arrives after a busy week.
Brewing Arabica beans slowly with a traditional Vietnamese "Phin" filter this morning.
The refreshing acidity and comforting bitterness
blooming from every slowly dripping drop.
Stepping away from the complex daily routine to face this rich aroma, directly.
That alone makes a weekend morning feel truly special.
Wishing you all a beautiful, relaxing weekend. ☕️🌱
Friday.
It takes approximately 1,500 days
for a single cup of coffee to reach your hands.
The 2 months a seed waits patiently in the soil just to sprout.
The 3 to 4 long years a tree endures before bearing its very first red cherries.
Specialty coffee exists at the polar opposite of "fast."
The reason we write code and build our systems with such care is to honor and deliver that "moment of brilliance" nurtured by farmers over more than a thousand days.
For a cup that is truly worth the wait.
Moving forward today, one step at a time. ☕️✨
Thursday is here.
What we aim for is a seamless, comfortable boundary between the digital and the physical.
A simple website stripped of unnecessary code. And a matte black coffee bag stripped of excessive decoration. Every omission is made deliberately, purely to elevate the "authentic aroma" nurtured in Cầu Đất, Da Lat.
Nothing complex. Just an invitation to face a perfect cup, directly.
Refining the details again today as we take another step forward.
Have a wonderful day. 🌱☕️
Wednesday morning.
With the 100 artworks fully ready, from today, I am deep into shaping the UI for our official website.
The placement of a button, the nuance of a word. I want to create a "Claim" experience so simple and seamless that the complex technology behind it completely fades away.
Ensuring the rich aroma of Da Lat, sitting just beyond the screen, finds its way to your hands without a single friction.
One line of code at a time, moving forward today.
Have a great one. ☕️✨
Tuesday. A major milestone.
As the first stage of Phase 1 —
all 100 artworks, one for each NFT, are complete.
One NFT. One special bag. One harvest.
These 100 images will each serve as a unique digital certificate (NFT) for 100 bags of Da Lat specialty Arabica —
ready to be delivered to you.
Next step: building the official website.
No dramatic leaps — just steady, careful progress toward the vision, one day at a time.
Today too, one step at a time. ☕✨
