Hrozně se mi libí vaše práce Petře, vlastně jste jediný koho znám, co děla trading tímhle profesionálním způsobem a obdivuji to, ale zvládne tyhle systematicky logický přístupy vytvořit i člověk bez zkušeností, protože na jednu stranu když to vy popisujete vypadá to i jednoduše, ale současně i vlastně složitě. Ptám se protože už se několik let snažím o diskreční trading, kterému jsem obětoval spousty času, ale s minimálními výsledky, a naražím pak přesně na ty problémy které v rámci diskrečního tradingu často popisujete.

Well, first of all, it's good to have a budget for maybe 2-3 years from which I can pay expenses and eliminate the psychological impact and use full-time to work to the maximum and if that doesn't work, go back to work, because on the other hand, it's stupid to do day trading while working shifts, it doesn't work anyway and at work you are exposed to the psychological stress that also occurs in trading.

While there are many 'famous' groups in Czechia, you have to be careful. Some are more about marketing than professional trading.

For prop trading specifically, my (and the AI's) advice would be:
- Go straight to the source: Since you know firms like FTMO, start in their circles or find local traders who have actually passed the challenges.
- Be skeptical: There is a lot of 'noise' on the Czech scene. The best communities are often the smaller, private Discord groups that don't advertise.
- Focus on tools: Serious Czech traders usually hang out in groups built around professional tools like Market Profile or Order Flow.

You will probably find the 'real' community once you are in Prague and meet people in person. Good luck with your Czech lessons, it's a tough but rewarding language! 🇨🇿"

The reason why you don't 'see' the Czech community on global networks is that it is very closed in on itself. Czech traders do little trading on Twitter etc., but they are massively active in local communities. The Czech community is huge, it's just localized. If you search in English, you will only find a fraction of what is happening in Czech closed groups."

This was true a few years ago, but with the younger generation and the development of technology, the situation is changing rapidly, especially in the last two years when

1) The Czech Republic is the center of global prop-trading
2) The rate of active traders on popular platforms is growing at a record pace (over 70% increase in active users at major brokers)
3) High financial literacy (5th place in the world among young people) has transformed into ferocity in the markets, not passivity

@posvick Na druhou stranu, už nějakou dobu klesáme a válka byla takový vedlejší katalyzátor a btc tak dál výrazně underperformuje v rámci risk-on aktiv, takže aby se nám tam nechytili nějací býci.
