GEARS OF WAR E DAY

[𝓢𝐕𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝓥𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐇𝐊 .ᐟ @SCORCHEDLEADER]

❝ you know nothing of my kind if we entrusted the humans they would merely seek to exploit on our kind. These only so much resources to go around as well. The locust queen has told us to not trust the humans and we have every reason not to. ❞

[𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙉𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙆 @unnxmednamekian]

“ there were ways to peacefully seek to live among them, but you chose a more violent path. It only seems logical that they fight back. ”

[𝓢𝐕𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝓥𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐇𝐊 .ᐟ @SCORCHEDLEADER]

❝ ……… ❞

[𝓢𝐕𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝓥𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐇𝐊 .ᐟ @SCORCHEDLEADER]

❝ we did .. but initially it wasn’t out of conquest in the hollow where I am from we have a lambent threat that has been threatening my kind for years. We merely look to expand and grow and live on the surface which has put us at war with humans. ❞

[𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙉𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙆 @unnxmednamekian]

“ but who attacked first? ”

[𝓢𝐕𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝓥𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐇𝐊 .ᐟ @SCORCHEDLEADER]

❝ you heard me correctly my home is beneath the surface right under where these humans live. I am not in fact my kind is merely trying to survive as well from our own threat beneath the surface and they seek to stop us .. if they can. ❞

[𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙉𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙆 @unnxmednamekian]

“ I'm a namekian and beneath? Hm. I can assume you aren't fond of humans then? ”

[𝓢𝐕𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝓥𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐇𝐊 .ᐟ @SCORCHEDLEADER]

❝ That’s because I am not from your world my home lies beneath the surface. You don’t look any human groundwalker I have seen you aren’t from this world yourself. ❞

[𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙉𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙆 @unnxmednamekian]

“ Hmmmm. . . Never seen anything like you before. ”
@SCORCHEDLEADER

❝ I have no time for petty squabbles with you bald groundwalker I have city’s to siege and armies to lead. Consider yourself lucky I don’t use your corpse to set an example for others. ❞

“Got it... so you’re lookin’ for a fight, then? I’m not really in the mood today.”

Gears of War: E-Day

[LordNottaham @LordPatriot445]

Playing Gears 1 again through Gears of War Reloaded. I've forgotten so much about the OG trilogy after not playing them for a few years. I remember trying to play this when it released but got bored since I had already played this story through the Ultimate Edition
