@Michell25701788 Can you let me have the carriage number? You should be able to see a blue sticker with a 5 or 6 digit number on it. I can then arrange for the train to be checked over in case there is a fault as the heating should come on automatically when it's cold. ^Paul

On busy services, every seat counts. If you're in an aisle seat next to an empty window seat, please shimmy over if you can. This makes it easier for other passengers to sit down. Please also keep bags, pets and feet off the seats.

✅ CLEARED: Disruption caused by a fault on a train earlier at Dunfermline City has now ended. Services: between Edinburgh and Glenrothes With Thornton via Dunfermline Town, between Edinburgh and Cowdenbeath are no longer affected by this problem.
