@ChrisNish_ I’m also thinking that a vandalism claim could be denied, on the basis that a policyholder must take all reasonable steps to protect their property…again, not my area of expertise.
@ChrisNish_ Not my area of expertise, but yeah…I’d say insurers would take a hard look at the policy wording to determine if a claim can be denied due to exclusions.
