@lounge_dawg Looks great Lounge! You know how to cook pork. I’ll roll any smoked bacon wrapped loin, tenderloin, or fatty under the oven broiler a few minutes to crisp up/brown the bacon before serving. That’ll quash all the hater’s……I know you can handle them, though 😆
