I have tried Jonna Spilbor, Alan Dershowitz, Eric Fournier, Edward Talmadge (from Eagle Point, OR), Craig Atkinson, the entire Twin Falls, McCall & Boise telephone books and with no luck!

I've tried to hire a private investigator, also with no luck & it also deals with Greg Kubli's family, my sister, Kimberly Cotter-Kubli (from Eagle Point, OR) her in-home SSDI aide (Carolyn sp.?) On October 26, 2023, the Oregon Court of Appeals has decided that my closing argument was insufficient to overturn the Lincoln County jury's guilty verdict.

Now, I will spend more of my time and money & bring my case before the Oregon Supreme Court. Today is Friday November 3, 2023 & I will mail off/file for reconsideration with the Court of Appeals based on distance from people that day, April 1, 2023 & alleged perjury by two of the States witnesses, whom were under oath!

Perjury under oath is a major crime and the distance from my vehicle to the nearest people on the beach that day should preclude my guilt in the State's charges of "Reckless Endangerment x3"!

Justice is being served upon ODOT for the Albany, Oregon I-5 Rest Area incident & Justice will be served upon The State of Oregon for my treatment in this April Fool's Day Intergenerational Hate Crime against me & if I'm found guilty in the Brandon Scott Wise incident, Righteous Justice for my pain & suffering will result in many of my blood thirsty neighbor's experiencing long-term pain and suffering in the Lake of Fire!

My Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ hates their lies, their thievery & their conniving and many more of these will die painful deaths by His Righteous Right Hand! Amin and Amin! Selah.
