@robini71 We had them on Long Island about 2 hours ago with 50 MPH wind gusts. Now it's just dumb and cold like winter used to be. 31 days until Spring!
I'm not sure what what developments are taking place at Dice World, but I eagerily await them as long as the update isn't to port things to the Unite platform which doesn't seem to work with braille dispalys.
Initial TestFlight version will be sent out later tonight (Pacific Standard Time). This version will have some accessibility bugs, so please only install if you are willing to put up with some initial pain :).
New braille bug in iOS 16.3. When Pressing space with 4-6 to invoke the Notification Center, the Bluetooth connection between the phone and braille display drops. This seems to be effecting all displays. Workaround it by invoking Notification Center with gestures.

The world of #braille writing equipment can seem a little daunting for people who are just starting. If that's you have a nosey at our equipment page where we've compiled a list of non-electronic braille writing equipment: https://t.co/6lbAJVXZmE
@RangerStation@jage9 Tough life being a Lions fan. I tried following the Panthers while I living there, but... Teddy Bridgewater and crew were equally disappointing. I can't be a Jets or giants fan because they're from NJ. I guess I'll have to go for LA this year and our former QB Matthew Stafford
Updated to include further descriptions of the braille bugs and also workarounds which may provide clarity regarding the severity rating of braille bugs.
I mean, ok, but not if you use a Brailliant or Mantis Q40 display. Those new e-Readers being distributed by NLS? Nope, not those either. Chameleon 20? NOPE! So I guess it's not fun for everyone, is it? I guess it is for me, but that's because I'm on an iPhone.
This is a decent written summary of some of the new changes, but punctuation grouping and the rotor options for things like the Dot Pad already exist on iOS 15.6. Not on the SE 2 or 3, but on any of the later flagship phones.
@linnea710420 ,i consider most of them minor because you can work around them by using the Edit Rotor. I don't use a Braille Sense, though, and many of the bugs seem to only impact SE users. Would I upgrade if I were you? IDK, because I'm not. LOL
@mehgcap I'm not either. However, as a hard of hearing person, I can tell you that I am enjoying Alex, the TTS voice, over Samantha. Eloquince would have been nice though. Maybe next OS?
