Important Announcement - Dangers of Tianeptine

On September 20, 2023, the Florida Attorney General through an emergency rule designated the dietary supplement known as Tianeptine Heptanoic acid as a controlled Scheduled I drug under Chapter 893, F.S. This means it is illegal to sell, possess or buy Tianeptine.

This problematic drug has resulted in overdoses of various magnitudes to include death. This substance is highly addicting and can cause withdrawal symptoms like opioids. @US_FDA has not approved the medical use of TIANEPTINE in the United States. It is not a controlled substance under the U.S. Controlled Substance Act (FEDERAL) despite it being banned in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee, and now, in Florida.

TIANEPTINE is commonly sold at gas stations under the names of Pegasus, Tianaa or Zaza Red.
