Looking forward to options allowing live app data (i.e. Apple Health, meeting notes, etc) into these LLMs without stacks of automations, databases, etc.

We have a new version of GPT-5.5 Instant for you, and it's much more fun to talk to.

Our most-used model is now better at understanding the intent behind a question and adapting its response accordingly.

It also handles complex constraints more reliably and makes shopping and local recommendations more useful and cohesive.

My Apple Health metrics are flowing into Function Health, I’ve filled out Function’s questionnaire around supplements, lifestyle, diet, symptoms, goals, etc.

Add in several rounds of bloodwork, and there’s a pretty robust amount of information.

Then I put the extended summary from Function Health into NotebookLM and used the audio feature.

It turned my bloodwork into a personalized Huberman Lab-style podcast about my own physiology.

How my lifestyle may be showing up in my biomarkers.

- What seems to be improving.
- What might be worth modifying.
- What patterns are worth watching.
- What to bring to a physician.

I’m not an expert in this stuff, which is exactly why it felt so useful, like explaining why flossing may help to lower the amount of mercury entering my bloodstream from old dental fillings and how exercise may be impacting my ferritin levels.

It also explained more complex topics in detail like how my diet and exercise is keeping inflammation low which has so far helped to minimize the damage being caused by my genetically high ApoB and LDL.

Not a diagnosis. Not medical advice.
But as a way to make your own health data feel understandable? It's like having a Huberman Labs episode focused solely on you.
Absolutely mind-blowing. 10/10
