So the government encourages more development one day, then cuts off immigration and keeps outdated inflationary policies in place during a deflationary period the next day, only to swoop in and score a below cost billion dollar deal on unsold units that won’t sell because of the government’s intervention in the first place. I’m pretty sure I saw this on a Sapranos episode only it was the mob not the government..

@theJagmeetSingh I’m unclear on how returning to work in an office environment is considered ‘unsafe’. I understand the 9% over 3 years (3% pa) is a bit light considering the recent inflation, but not willing to go back to the office because it is unsafe just doesn’t make sense to me. Am I wrong?
