@michaelsheen Panel members are volunteers and independent from all services. It is us who make decisions as to whether a child is removed from their parents or sent to secure units. We can't stop all young people from falling through the cracks but we try our hardest for them all.

@michaelsheen Look into the Scotland Children's Hearing System. Isn't perfect but every looked after young person attends a panel at least once a year where social work has to provide comprehensive reports

My mind is running in circles with all this as they don't seem to be applying any logic or following the data as they claim 🤷🏻‍♀️
