@KenPaxtonTX A person has to be registered to vote and only USA citizens can register to vote. Therefore, Republicans don’t need a bill to prevent non-citizens from voting.

Saying that a such a bill is needed is only to make gullible people think that non-citizens can. It’s scare politics.
