@JSandlak19 I’ve approved 2 weeks of PTO on 3 days notice. I’ve approved 5 days of PTO on same day notice. It’s not a request. It’s a notification. Anyone who thinks that they have the right to tell their employees to not have a life outside of work, they don’t deserve to be their position.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Tlawwwwwwwww @Conniefootball Over his last 9 games played (playoffs included) he has 7 INTs. He has 40 turnover worthy plays in his last 24 games played (playoffs included) putting him at what is considered the “higher risk” category among QBs. Watch. The. Tape.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Tlawwwwwwwww @Conniefootball Explain this year and last year then please? Plenty of turnovers last years and plenty of turnover worthy plays this season. Even the local dumbass media admits that. Actually watch the tape, not just what you’re told to believe. Dumbass.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@Tlawwwwwwwww @isaiah_mcnealy @Conniefootball Your name says it all. Too busy slobbering on some giraffe boy dick to see he’s a turnover machine

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Tlawwwwwwwww @Conniefootball He has the most turnovers in the league at the QB position since entering the league. He has 12 turnover worthy throws this season, which is tied for 2nd most in the league with Stafford and behind only Daniel Jones. It’s well known he’s turnover prone.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@Tlawwwwwwwww @isaiah_mcnealy @Conniefootball Hurts played just fine for a guy going on 36 hours without sleep…Bengals lost because Burrow threw 2 critical INTs, lost Chase & Higgins and missed a wide open Mike Gesicki for a TD on the final drive. Maye was horrible until week 4 vs Buffalo. Looked like Ryan Leaf weeks 1-3

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Tlawwwwwwwww @Conniefootball Excuses would be what you’re trying to display to twist to fit your narrative. These are factual events and if you don’t think they had any impact on the results of those games, you’re blinded by teal.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Tlawwwwwwwww @Conniefootball But the holes this team has are the kind that gets you sent home early in January. It’s one thing to have a bad pass rush OR pass defense. You can’t have both. The offensive line is also horrendous and a QB that likes to turn the ball over/give opportunities for turnovers.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Tlawwwwwwwww @Conniefootball This team is full of holes and if you can’t see that, I suggest you go review the film.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Conniefootball I don’t think I did. Teams CAN run on this team but the pass defense is just THAT bad, even worse this season.

7 INTs in 6 games. 5/7 of them have been at fault of the QB with just a bad read, late throw or just bad throw, not caused by pressure.

Still 2 plays away from 2-4.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@JaxDaddy32 He’s rumored to be with the Chargers struggling, age (30) and injuries (hamstring this year)

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

One thing that will make the trade deadline difficult for Jacksonville is their lack of cap space. They have just around $4 million available. Unless some restructuring is done, Jags won’t be in the market for Daron Payne, Jeffrey Simmons or Derwin James.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Conniefootball No. Not hardly. It’s the eye test. I’ve never missed a single snap of a single game. Watson threw for only 205 & Maye for 199. The other 4 games were losses or only won by 5 points or less. Nix 288, Hurts 220, Burrow 428, Stroud 312.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Conniefootball So, when you dive into the analytics, teams are running the least vs Jacksonville. Teams have a 42% success rate vs the Jags run defense. Teams are airing it out, not due to the Jags “elite” run D, but due to the horrendous pass rush/pass defense. Analytics back this up.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Conniefootball Walker has an 11% pass rush win rate. That’s good for around 80th overall. Josh Hines-Allen is around 50th overall. They don’t get home in 1v1 situations. A good pass rush will make a bad secondary look average. Jags have a bad pass rush and secondary. Pressures are a BS stat.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Conniefootball Who said the sky is falling? This is the same issue this team has had for the last 3 years. Lack of pass rush from the edge and edge depth. The issue at DB is one I pointed out this offseason when they decided to bring back Brown and not add a true outside CB.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@isaiah_mcnealy @Conniefootball Complacency is the gateway to failure. This year, they are 30th in pass defense and 30th in sacks. That’s a recipe for disaster come playoffs or trying to make the playoffs. Just like any business, you must always be evolving and improving.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

@Conniefootball Alontae Taylor signed a 3 year deal with Tennessee for $60 million in March & was just benched. It happens. I wouldn’t be surprised if Jags have buyers remorse for the Brown contract. He’s been that bad in 26. Bringing in Woolen or McCollum wouldn’t cost much cap or draft picks.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

For those wondering why the Jaguars would want to trade for secondary or edge help, it’s simple. The Jacksonville defense ranks 30th in both sacks (11) & passing yards pg (274). Yes, I know “pressures” but I’ll go to my grave about that “stat” being highly inflated & incorrect.

[Scott Powell @ScottPowell07]

However, this does leave the door open for other top players on many boards like Khalil Mack, Riq Woolen, Zyon McCollum, Adetomiwa Adebawore, Tuli Tuipulotu, Deonte Banks, Will McDonald and Austin Jackson. Let’s see what the Wonderkid can pull off.
