Password size limits should not be a thing as the resulting hash will always be the same length, are you storing passwords as plain text in your account db?

@Metro_Bank there is a flaw in your online banking password reset process. There is a hard limit of 15 characters which is not mentioned or shown in the form validation. If you use a longer password, it’s not clear that the remaining password characters are not added.
