We competed today in the shadow of the Cumberland Gap at Lincoln Memorial University.

The course was changed from last year by adding some additional hills. So unfortunately none of our runners improved on their times from the 2022 meet here.

Correction, Calli ran a 24:34 yesterday not a 21.

We lined up the hill to illustrate some of the elevation change today at McCreary.

Haiden Blevins turned in a faster time over last year here by 40 seconds and Dylan King was 1:59 faster than last year as well.

Next up, we will face our most challenging course of the season. The extra hilly McCreary County Park on Thursday.

We hosted our 1st full course meet of the season today. For this all freshman and sophomore group it was their first race here.
