A. this is such a farce. Kabuki Theatre at its finest. Sad for the greatest country on earth where men gave their lives to provide us freedom and an incredible way of life, a quality of life that kings didn't have 200 years ago. These miserable grifters deserve the very worst treatment reserved for traitors.
@gov_insights@HansCNelson@farzyness So true. Voted for Elon's interest in Tesla every time, that they were my interests too. Hard to not lose faith with Elon's misses on Robotaxi and Optimus. I funded Elon's vision, voted for him, and we Tesla 100% investors seem like we are being left behind Elon's promise.
@John_F_kJr Rand is slippery - remember his Tic Tok position getting changed by his billionaire funder (who was a significant owner of byte dance - Tic Tok's parent)?

Sooo, if we get a 4.2x multiplier, then logically the needed floor (to pull all teeth of WS) should be at ...

Maximizing Tesla Shareholder Price While Preserving Elon's Control TSLA/SpaceX merger math:
Tesla shareholders already approved a compensation plan that treats $2.0T market cap (~$532/share) as the first real threshold of Tesla's worth. But a standard merger structure caps Tesla's price at $380โ460/share before it dilutes Elon's voting control โ below that very threshold.
The fix: pay Tesla holders in a low-vote/non-voting share class. That decouples price from control completely โ Elon keeps his voting power no matter the price paid. With that structure, shareholders could be paid $532โ798/share (the board's own valuation tranches) instead of $380โ460.
Elon keeps control. Shareholders get the value already promised to them. No trade-off needed โ just the right deal structure.
@RandyWKirk1 A tiny fawn (less than 15 lbs, under 18" tall) ran across the road, and my 2025 Model 3 abruptly stopped, and the fawn ran into my bumper. Did not see the fawn, until it was on the road. FSD saw it. Stopped and save by car from the fawn and vice versa. Crazy good.
@wholemars Yesterday afternoon I was visiting a family member in the hospital and when I was leaving a thunderstorm hit. I 'summoned' my 2025 model 3 LR and it came right to me under the awning... AMAZING....
