Most people today eating the standard American diet are no better than the local junkie seeking out their next fix. Sugar, grains and ultra processed foods are the true opiates of the masses. It is without a doubt the largest monkey on the backs of society today. It has more negative effects and ruins more people's health and mental well-being, and results in more financial consequences than most of the drugs you can buy on the street.
Vinnie, thank you for posting that study. I don't think the word is getting out nearly as quickly as it needs to. People come up to me at the gym after seeing me run sprint intervals on the treadmill for 30 minutes and ask me where I get the energy. I don't even bother telling most of them anymore... They look at me like I'm nuts ๐
@KenDBerryMD@PaulHShapiro Nutrition and all the other benefits that come from a proper human diet. Lack of pain, lots of energy, exorcism of brain fog.... Too many blessings to list in an X post ๐
@HRH_Ted I am very surprised every time I notice that anyone still pays attention to Doc Greger. It makes me feel nervous for the future of the human race.
@Matt7Hyde@SBakerMD Good for you๐. You've made it through the hardest part. By the time I was done with week two or three I felt so much better and healthier.........there was no way I was ever going back. Stick to it ๐
I figured this out myself the hard way, just like you did. I wonder how much suffering could be avoided if more doctors like yourself preached this message.....plus it would have the minor benefit of saving the country hundreds of billions of dollars in health care costs and lost productivity.
@AcerAmerica Hey guys, i'm loving my Acer Swift Go 14 laptop....but one small complaint. You removed the dedicated print screen button. Not a huge deal, but you replaced it with a multitude of useless function keys.
@BenBikmanPhD@Babygravy9 Sorry you've had a bad experience with them Ben. I wear mine just to keep an eye on it, seems to help me make sleep a priority.
