You can join 2 clubs to sign for and if you wish to play for a 3rd team; then you’d have to make your own.

FT ANNOUNCEMENT

We have had 5 candidates discussed for potentially running the new FOURTH division coming in Season 2…

All of the UEFA members narrowed it down to two people and the vote came so close 3-2 with your winner and our 4th competition runner…
