@Deliveroo Had a problem with order #8144 - the driver picked up then handled other orders for 45m before delivery, which we’ve refused because it’s now cold and inedible.
The driver was incredibly rude and AFTER I spoke started calling and msging to create fake audit trail

‘@Morrisons Eggs broken on delivery AGAIN. Four of the last five deliveries.
