An incredible 2 season Thunder run comes to an end.
1 championship, 2 Western Conference Finals trips, 2 MVPs, 68 wins, 64 wins.
Just came up a few points short of another Finals trip.
Can't help but wonder how this series looks with JDub and Ajay Mitchell.
OKC will be back.
Game 6 curse not broken, really struggled again like in Denver and Indiana last year
Weren’t aggressive enough offensively or sharp enough defensively
Team bounced back from both of those losses, they’ve bounced back every time in these two playoff runs
They’ll do it again
Wemby went out of his way to bump into Chet as time was called in the 1st q. The Thunder chuckled. Wemby yelled at teammates during 3rd q huddle. Didn’t work. Wemby told backups to take somebody out. OKC will remember.. Then Wemby ducked the media. Baby behavior.
CASTLE FOULS SGA EVERY SINGLE POSSESSION. JUST ALLOWED TO PLAY FOOTBALL. NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. HE KNOWS THE REFS WILL LET HIM GET AWAY WITH IT AGAINST "THE FREE THROW MERCHANT." TONIGHT SGA IS DOWN HIS 2 BEST CO-SCORERS AND HE'S UP AGAINST AN 8-MAN DEFENSE.
Shai played bad. Chet did awful. We got out rebounded by 21. Ajay didn’t show up and it still took them 2 overtime periods to beat OKC. Thunder fans I think we will be ok, we knew this series would be a battle. #thunderup
Have to give credit the Lakers and JJ Redick.
No Luka. Facing the best and deepest team in the NBA.
But every game was close at halftime and the last game comes down to the final moments.
Really think Redick coached a great series and the Lakers competed hard all series.
