"Honoring all that served" - what a joke. I have tried over a dozen times to get "verified" by your site, but I only get errors in return.
"We'll get back to you in 3-6 days" is not "honoring" veterans; that's just more BS! DO BETTER.

@TMobileHelp @TMobile That's not the way to treat 2 #disabledvet or #veterans or any customers for that matter. So we went to @Verizon and got phones that supported their satellite. It cost us more up front but they treated us like humans and with dignity. @TMobile has horrible customer service.

T-Satellite from @TMobile is a total joke. As a #disabledvet I just wanted it for emergencies but setting it up on my Verizon phone - which they said would be easy was absolutely not - and the customer service people are rude. @TMobileHelp

@TMobileHelp I called @TMOBILE that day. The salesman at Kalispell was hung up on by your activation department twice! Rude CS people on the phone! When I called and they were all clueless!
