@_kinda_ugly @EmileDurky Das Problem dabei ist, dass hier bewusst manipuliert wird, indem die Nährwerte ohne den Wassergehalt genannt werden. Oder hast du schon mal Nährwerte von gefriergetrocknetem Fleisch gelesen? Bei Pute hätte beispielsweise gefriergetrocknetes Fleisch auf 100g um die 70g Eiweiß.
