No HIA in Amateur Rugby.
Any suspicion at all-you remove.
No Maddocks type questions on the pitch.
No Eye tracking with the finger.
If you want to test a kid for Concussion become a Dr and work in A&E.
Leave diagnosing Concussion to the experts.

At all levels in all sports if an athlete is suspected of having a concussion, they must be immediately removed from play. If in doubt, sit them out. No-one should return to play on the same day with suspected concussion.
