@British_Airways Thanks for your speedy reply. I have just managed to get through on your number and book the tickets.
A quick comment on the helpline message. The impression was, they were not taking calls at all. Maybe adding words to the effect "We are taking calls but.." might help.
@WhichUK
@British_Airways I have tried rebooking my flights with you.
Because I have a voucher your website will not accept my codes and tells me to phone you. When I phone you it cuts off saying you are too busy.
What am I supposed to do? Please help.
@WhichUK
@premierinn Thanks Danny.I can’t see that an inadequate IT problem is down to reception.The system is working.Rebooting will not cure this.Can you get on to your IT guys & check functionality in Swansea area?If there’s no reported issues,It’s prob down to inadequate service & infrastructure
@premierinn Please explain why your ‘Ultimate WiFi’, costing £5 per night, is only 0.28Mbps faster than your free WiFi? No Smoke & Mirrors about Usage, Load, Time of day & number of users etc, I know all about that. Paid service should outweigh a free service. @WhichTech @WhichUK
@premierinn How can you justify ‘ultimate wifi’, costing £5 per night, when it is only 0.28Mbps faster than the free WiFi? I don’t want to hear Smoke & Mirrors about load, users and peak rate traffic. I know all about that. This is shameful. @UNBBCom@WhichUK @WhichTech
