I am a Chief Manager at the Indian Bank Zonal Office in Nagpur and I have been enduring relentless mental harassment and unprofessional surveillance by DZM Mr.Vijay Shankar Thakur for the past year.

This goes beyond bad management,it is a systematic destruction of employee well-being. We need more than promises, we need an immediate audit of grievance procedures and management conduct.

Is exam duty important than census duty? My wife who is a teacher is expected to perform duty in exam centers as well during census duty.
How come one person do both duties on same day? Is there any guideline?

🚨 SBI Woman Employee Harassed by Customer

A customer visited SBI Branch in Bengaluru. He asked female employee to provide her mobile number citing some urgent business work. Later he started messaging her inappropriately. He started sending her obscene messages. Now she filed complaint with Police. Banks earn crores of rupees of profit but why can't they provide an official contact number for branches. Why females are forced to provide their mobile numbers. Banks need to protect privacy of their employees.

🚨 KYC Irregularities Flagged. Whistleblower Suspended. What Is #SBI Trying to Silence❓

Banker raises concern about improper KYC practices and potential money mule accounts.

Result? → SUSPENSION.

Manager (Compliance & Risk) at State Bank of India, reportedly flagged serious KYC irregularities that could expose the banking system to fraud or even terror financing risks.

Instead of a transparent investigation, she has now been placed under suspension for allegedly damaging the bank’s reputation on social media.

This raises serious questions:

Is raising compliance concerns a crime?
Should whistleblowers be punished instead of protected?
Will internal pressure silence officers who speak about risks?

If KYC lapses are possible in a bank with 53+ crore customers, shouldn’t the focus be on investigation rather than retaliation?

The public deserves clarity.

What if this goes against bank? Who will bear the cost?

Take a day off. And visit the branch you think have kaamchor employees.
