It’s been a while since I have given an update on here, other than giving my support for @ZachLahn in Iowa’s primary election cycle.

This has been a huge month for the business. We have brought on new clients and two awesome contractors!

The Lord has been blessing this endeavor and I am extremely grateful to Him, our clients, and my family who help me day to day to make this happen!

That said, in the near future, I plan to bring weekly videos on X every Friday that will give free advise to business owners who struggle with cash flow, profitability, having the right people in the right seats, and more.

1099 season does not have to suck.

Throughout the year, here are some simple steps to ensure you have a smooth 1099 season:

1. Ensure all supplier W9’s are within three years of the end of the year.

2. Obtain W9’s for new suppliers so you know if they need a 1099 issued or not

3. Mark that little box in your financial system that says to track 1099s under supplier details

After books are closed, simply pull the report for 1099 vendors and issue them.

A few minutes for each supplier throughout the year will save you hours of headaches in January.
