My neighbor has been parking partially in front of my driveway for months.

I’ve asked him nicely to stop at least three times.

Every time, he says he’ll remember.

He never does.

Last weekend I came home and his car was blocking enough of the driveway that I couldn’t pull in.

I knocked on his door.

Nobody answered.

So this time I didn’t text him.

I called and had the car towed.

About an hour later he was pounding on my door.

Apparently it cost him over $300 to get the car back.

He said I could’ve just waited for him to come home.

I reminded him I’d already given him three warnings for free.

Now several neighbors think I took it too far.
