@MBTA any updates on how slow zone elimination and increasing frequency on the Red Line is going? Just had to call a cab because a train was cancelled out of nowhere and I have a job interview to get to. I love the T but it's so unreliable these days!

@MBTA I'm at Shawmut waiting for the Red Line. Up until about 30sec ago, both the Transit app and the station countdown clocks said the next train was arriving in 1min, now it's saying 20+ min. What gives?
