STATE UPDATES:

--Boys 4x2 (Miles, Pedro, Jackson, Saevian) finishes 8th to snag a spot in tomorrow's finals.

--Boys 4x1 (Miles, Ryan, Jackson, Saevian) finishes 16th.

Still today: Ivan Daood in the 800 (in about 15 min) and the boys 4x4.

Our section will be sending 42 ADDITIONAL qualifiers to the state meet.
15 on the girls side and 27 on the boys side.

Section update thread:

In his first jump, Saevian both smashes his own school record AND qualifies for State by standard! Tremendous jump of 21-11.50. Our season is officially EXTENDED.

-Coach Barclay won Section 1A Girls Head Coach of the Year.
-Coach Klein won Section 1A Boys Coach of the Year
-Kris Jones, who ran our concession stand for nearly a decade (including long after her kids graduated) won Section 1A Volunteer of the Year. RICHLY deserved.
