Why did I wait so long to try @MeatPeter salt aged rack of lamb?! The fat literally bursts with flavour and the meat is deliciously tender. This first rack cooked on charcoal from @andynoonan Baste and a wee lump of hickory wood. No cuttlery needed - my kind of lollipop! 🐑 🍭

Cooked @Nigella_Lawson Chicken, Lemon & Orzo tonight using the very best @CastlescreenFrm Chook picked up at @InnsCrossMarket today. The chicken is juicy & crispy - the orzo soaks up all of the stock that slowly oozed out from the bird. 🤤 Nigella, we’re in the parmesan crew 🤫
