As for formal teaching, some sort of credentials is a fair idea. Teaching as a profession goes beyond domain knowledge. It also requires a degree of aligning and complying to reporting, documenting, child psychology. Can hope for a shorter program tho.

My experience with @MeydanFreezone has been a rollercoaster. Excellent business case in advertisements, works perfectly for issue of license and then it takes a nose dive.
Inconsistent policies modified n implemented without prior information underlines major risks going forward.

Distress in male farmers has been high. But now, even women run heavy debts.

I met women who had as many as 6 loans running simultaneously. They earn Rs 150 for each day of labour, but have loan instalments worth thousands each month.
