Pls, pls while things are slow for basketball and football, show a little love for the Tour de France. These guys cycle 2,200 mi over 22 days. They consume 5k calories a day, but as the Tour progresses their bodies are still eating themselves. They crash and (hopefully) get back on their bikes and finish the stage.

Five minutes once or twice a week is all I'm asking.
